Build your sequencer

At its core, the 454 sequencer is an automated TIRF microscope . Its main components are:
- Temperature-controlled sample reservoir.
- High-power LEDs to illuminate the sample for data collection and cleave our Lightning Terminators from the sample.
- Custom optics, including automatic focus and filter selection.
- Off-the-shelf camera sensor.
- Raspberry Pi computer with custom software and electronics to control and collect data from all of the above.
